This was a very technology oriented product to cater to faster on-boarding of data from front office systems and consumption by multiple back office systems like Risk, Finance and Operations. -- Was involved in setting the test team for this product from scratch.-- Defined the test process and continuously evolving the same in the light of evolving technology landscape.-- Defined the test processes for multiple projects in and around the product-- Worked very closely with Development team for a) Improving the delivery and continuous integration process by improving the Unit Test cases b) developing an automation framework that runs every night and identified regression issues on a daily basis on the evolving codebase-- Built, guided and created a best workforce by getting involved at ground level along with appropriate delegation and empowerment
