Senior Manager
Current• Strategy planning with senior management and stakeholders to provide operational planning for forecasting, resource planning, deployment and cost optimization• Ensure a deep understanding of account individual experiences to head off potential issues before they become problems• Monitor and review the accounts on various delivery parameters to ensure quality delivery as per budget and timelines• Participate in daily cadence calls and share account performance across operational, quality and fulfillment parameters with internal and external stakeholders• Overall demand tracking and ensuring timely fulfilment as per defined SLA’s and keeping close governance • Optimize manpower and minimize leakages by working closely with delivery heads & COO• Department budgeting including Visa, L&D and HR• Contract extensions, renewals, expiry for existing and upcoming projects, drive the focus of the team on quality and adherence to contract compliance processes• Resource uploading as per the contract and planning deployments using internal and external channels• Focus on helping people develop their careers in order to retain & reduce turnover by upskilling or cross skilling them• Conducting Audit for compliance adherence • Monthly MIS for the organization to track progress and identify potential red flags• Performance review for team of 8
