End-to-end product knowledge of complete cycle of Letter of Credit and Payment terms involved in a trade. Hands-on experience in different variants of Letter of Credit issuance for import and export operations as per the International guidelines. Adequate insight into compliance procedures and guidelines like UCP, ISBP, URR and URC. Competent at carrying out Export Operations with knowledge of standard government policies and regulatory provisions for various statutory acts Exposure to diversified Portfolio of products viz. Iron Ore, Granites, Liquid Glucose, Sugar, Wheat, Rice, Maize, Spices, Pulses etc.  Interfacing between buyers & manufacturers to facilitate smooth order execution and handle the complete cycle from quotation to closing the sale including sample flow, price negotiation, packing as per international market standard, export as per LC, MT, DAP terms and bill negotiation. Handling the proforma invoice after complete confirmation of pricing, incoterms & destination with accuracy. Assisting clients to open Letter of credit (Various LCs) & checking entire clause before opening the same. Settling terms of the agreements including rate with Shipping Line, Freight Forwarders, Transporters CHA and CFS Service Providers. Liaising with production & shipping departments and the buyer to ensure seamless delivery being within the production schedule deadline. Warehouse maintenance and co-ordinate with sales department for the processing of orders and follow up for delivery and exports. Monitoring the effectiveness of contracts with custom house agents as against set standards. Follow-up with customers for outstanding payments and other necessary documents such as LC, MT 103/23, DAP, TT etc. etc.

Export documentation with letter of credits (L/C), Standby L/C and bank guarantee.• Liaising with local and overseas reputed banks, shipping, transporters, freight forwarding and insurance companies.• Documentation control for incoming and outgoing cargo.• EXIM certificate and correspondence with customs related to amendments, cancellations and bank guarantee control of movement (in and out).• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports as per management’s requirement.• Handling key accounts and distributors, monitoring the receivables and payables and reconciling the same.• Exports sale order processing, price checking & update with products, mailing pending orders & resolving client queries.• Follow up with banks for documents negotiation.• Monitoring the effectiveness of contracts with custom house agents as against set standards.• Negotiation with shipping line, CHA and to educate staff to arrange proper action.• Follow-up with customers for outstanding payments and other necessary documents such as LC.
