As a Talent Acquisition Senior Associate at NTT DATA, I manage and develop all HR aspects for the company, including recruitment and selection, learning and development, talent management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. I work with a diverse and global team of HR professionals, and partner with various stakeholders to deliver the HR strategy and achieve the business goals.I have a strong background in computer science, with a Post Graduation from Assam University and a Professional Certificate Programme in HR Management and Analytics from IIM Kozhikode. I leverage my data analytics skills to optimize the hiring process, identify talent gaps, and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives. I have also earned multiple certifications and honors in HR and technical recruitment, and have successfully closed quick offers for several projects.
