Key assignments- Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) Stream as Programme Manager (Jan-16 to date)Managing 5 products for a budget totalling circa $ 18 million.Global ownership of client onboarding applications for Global Banking & Markets customers.- In 2019, took additional responsibility of a new Digital Platform for HSBC’s external clients. Aim of the new product is to make the process of onboarding, documentation management and account maintenance easier, faster and safer within 3 years. - In the last leg of our journey in demising two onboarding platforms and replacing it with a globally consistent CLM platform amid budget cuts / constraints.

Roles - - Project Manager (December 2010 to September 2014) - Worked as global project manager for both development & support functions spread across 4 global locations (India, Brazil, Hong Kong & London). Team was responsible for around 50+ releases / year and supported around 60 countries integrating 40+ systems. - Project Manager (October 2014 to December 2016) - Was responsible for three projects including one strategic project.Responsibilities- Development & support responsibility for application supporting trade, payment, regulatory feeds across 60 countries.- Transitioning the entire project team from high cost center (London & HK) to low cost center (India).- In October 2014, took responsibility of transitioning another project from UK to India. Created a transition plan and implemented the following changes1. Built the team from ground up for a niche skill, 2. Implemented various process across various SDLC phases to ensure consistently high release quality,3. Automation - defined the vision best suited for the project and implemented auto build involving a vendor product, auto deployment and continuous integration,4. Simplification - simplified process that previously either required more efforts or manual efforts,5. Training (technical and soft skills) to enable team to take additional responsibilities.

Roles - During this tenure, I was triple hatting the following roles- Global lead BA for a strategic project with business analysts based out of India, Brazil & Hong Kong.- Project / delivery management for the same strategic project with teams based out of India, UK, Hong Kong and Brazil.- Management responsibilities for India BAs from multiple projects.Responsibilities- Budgeting- Stakeholder management- Recruitment- Project planning & deliveries- Training and ensuring analysts from various projects were fungible.

During my short tenure with Xoriant, I worked in initial iterations of GTC, a supply change management (SCM) project. Iteration involved setup of various entities within SCM (like supplier, warehouse, customer and logistics) and their access management.I was responsible for client interaction for requirements, design dicussions and implementation.

Worked in around 6 web based projects. In my first project, developed a utility that allowed developers to create / update any web based form or screen just via database inputs (zero coding).In my subsequent projects, I was continuously assigned the task of learning new technologies or open source tools, sharing knowledge and implementing them in the projects.The biggest challenge that I faced during my tenure with Lambent was when I inherited a module that was running behind schedule. The module was one of the four modules being implemented by a team of 50+ members (most of which were new to the organization). The challenge included ramping up the team with required skills, keeping the morale up despite the delay in schedule and high number of defects. Following a review of the requirements and close coordination with the project team and client, I was able to deliver the module on time and to quality.
