Presently I am working with Research Institute of Organic Agriculture (FiBL), Switzerland as an International consultant, focusing on organic and sustainable agriculture, participatory on-farm research (POR) and capacity building activities. completed a study on the role of crop diversification in livelihood improvement of Indian organic cotton growers. I’m also contributing to the development of a training curriculum on organic cotton.

I am majorly working on the developing business models and case studies for Training and Development Dept. IRRI.

I worked with the Laudes Foundation (earlier C&A Foundation) as a consultant focusing on coordination and complete management of the “Seed supply chain framework development program”. I was managing the required partnership with the stakeholders (Universities, government, and other Indian and international stakeholders) and also taking care of the required administrative support. During my association with FiBL, I have contributed to the development of a training curriculum on organic cotton for FED partners and relevant stakeholders across the product value chain, drafting annual report and giving presentations in annual seminars. I used to give business communication training to students coming from different countries and also to professionals.I developed modules for training purpose and at the same time I was dealing with administrative duties as well.
