With over nine years of work experience in Human Resources, I am a passionate and effective leader who has empowered and supported the team at HI-Q Design and Detailing, a leading company in the design and detailing industry. As a Senior Manager, I was responsible for developing and implementing training plans, managing resource allocation, and ensuring quality and compliance in all aspects of our tasks. I leverage my skills in attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving to deliver results and enhance our reputation. I also have a strong academic background in Psychology, which helps me understand and address the needs and motivations of our diverse and talented workforce.
