• Liaise with various parties, including suppliers of raw materials, manufacturers, packagers and distributors to ensure no disruption to the supply chain;• Raise purchase orders and manage payment of invoices;• Collaborate in preparing budgets and reconciling against budget;• Send forecasts and follow up with manufacturing sites to ensure continuity of supply;• Ensure ERP system is maintained correctly;• Maintain supplier contracts;• Assist in building and improving internal processes;• Assist in planning and managing ad-hoc projects on time and within budget;• Ensure all aspects of exporting products globally are addressed and appropriate systems and controls put in place including:o Initiating movement of stock;o Tracking stock and proof of delivery;o Assist in monitoring the quality, cost and efficiency of movement and storage of goods;o Assist in management of the logistics provider including day-to-day communication, payment and tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);o Maintenance of logistics master-file;o Reporting on logistics functions;o Complete system receipting of stock;o Liaising with manufacturing sites and internal departments to ensure market specific documentation is available and processed with shipments.

- Report on a day-to-day basis to the Commercial Services Manager.- Coordinate demand planning for the European, Eastern European, Middle East, North America and Canada (EMENAC) regions via the affiliates.- Conduct Demand Analysis in line with stock assessment of Aspen products in their respective markets.- Assist the Project Management Office in different projects(Novartis Transition/Site Transfers/API Switch) impacting the EMENAC region from a Demand / Supply Planning perspective.- Conduct Stock Build Analysis&Planning in line with transitioning markets to Aspen products in their respective markets.- Control of Process Documentation.- Devise and Implement Supply Contingency planning strategies for the EMENAC region.- Report and Track Stock Issues to senior management.- Artwork coordinator for Transitioning markets.

- Lead & Manage a team of 6 persons(4 Inventory Controllers & 2 Logistics Assistant).-Ensure efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of a wide range of raw materials & semi finished goods to intermediate suppliers and finished goods to customers.-Manage the efficient maintenance and utilisation of warehouse space.-Daily update of stock control systems and manage inventory to ensure stock accuracy.-Monitor staff performance and progress. Ensure adequate training is given to staff.-Oversee workplace Health and Safety requirements and ensure staff is adhering to H&S policies..
