I have more than 20 years experience of industry experience with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology, services, and consulting industry.I have supported several regional portfolios, including Corporate, Compliance, Privacy, HR, and Litigation, amongst others, with strong expertise in complex commercial, transactional, technology, IT Services, compliance, corporate, and global business law, as well as people and legal department management. Additionally, I have managed a team of lawyers, supporting commercial transactions for US, EMEA & APJ. I have experience setting up and leading regional and global teams spread across US, EMEA & APJ.I was involved in developing India as a best-cost location for the legal function and have successfully led the Contracts and Legal as a Shared Service (CLaaSS), which houses several lawyers based out of Delhi and Bangalore who provide legal support for work/areas for other regions. Also, managed a team of lawyers, supporting various portfolios for US, EMEA & APJ.I was also associated with Perot Systems, which headed the Legal department of TSI (India) Private Limited and functioned as the lead counsel for the Asia-Pacific region. In addition, I was in charge of the legal and secretarial work for the 20 subsidiaries established in different parts of the world. I was a Director on the Board of TSI India during my tenure. I joined Dell as a part of the Perot acquisition in 2009.
