DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN CURRENT JOB Controlling and monitoring the day-to-day activities of Financial Accounts functions of the company engaged in the business of Motorsports with AED40 Million yearly turnover having staff strength over 70 reporting to Accounting Manager/; . Updating the bank position to have an idea about the future cash flowHandling Accounts payable- Processing the invoices and making payments based on ageing report by cheque,TT etc.Handling monthly and yearly Accruals and its reconciliationsMaintain proper record of Contractual invoices and its timely paymentProper maintenance of Prepayments Expenses and its reconciliationsGL accounts MaintenanceBooking intercompany entries and its reconciliation Coordinating all the administrative work in Accounts departmentAccountable for monthly/yearly closing of accountsPrepare Monthly/YTD management Accounts (P&L, Balance sheet)Making the reconciliation reports of all Balance sheet items.Making the Management reports by using Variance Analysis techniqueGiving all required detailed reports as per the requirement of managementBooking all types of entries in accounts viz, purchase, sales, JVs, petty cash etc..Assisting and coordinating the implementation of new accounting software(ERP solution) for the companyMonthly checking of all capital expenditures and passing depreciation JVHandling VAT payable and VAT recoverable accounts and do reconciliation and make VAT settlements.Taken classes (Finance subjects) for a period of 5 years in India
