Responsibilities: Takes responsibility for the definition, documentation and execution of one or more small-scale projects, actively participating in all phases of the project. Identifies, assesses and manages risks to the success of the project. • Takes active ownership on the mainly technical related tasks in coordination with the assigned Project Manager: • Liaison with the Design Engineer (DE) assigned to the project to establish the exact technical nature of the project. • Arrange Equipment Order List along with the Design Engineer • Complete the Project Control Workbook under PM direction (or stand alone if no PM). The PCW must contain all mandatory reporting items. • Manages all technical interfaces within the agreed stage gate model and acts as a technical consultant to all parties. This includes the customer upon request of the Project Manager • Produce Project Deliverables Document to specify the methods and technical aspects of the project including how it will be delivered. • Raise PDD Quality Assurance requests • Raise Commit to Deploy to obtain agreement of the proposed solution from support organizations. • Raise Agree to Operate when the project is complete and handover to support is completed • Cooperate on the Project Control Plan • Coordinates and oversees technical activities with Vendors, Customer, onsite support, other bundle supplier, Telco providers, etc • Executes technical changes related to the assigned project • Organize change dependencies (e.g. cabling, rack space, site access) • Raise required change control records • Develop change implementation material (Task Implementation documents) • Schedule onsite engineering (NCR) • Coordinates change execution with central Change implementation team and onsite resources. • Maintains ownership of changes and responsibility for correct implementation
