I have also developed and delivered various trainings, presentations, and employee engagement activities, as well as content for internal newsletters and event hosting. I am also certified as a Human Resource Management Professional (CHRMP) and a Learning & Development Manager (CLDM). I execute the end to end performance management operational function. I am proficient with SAP PMGM, Succession Planning, Calibration, Development, Objectives, CPM and LMS modules.
