I'm a vocalist of Hindustani Khayal Kirana-Jaipur Gharana and a trained Sufi singer.I've trained for more than 22 years from gurus Shri. P. R. Bhagwat, ‘Sangeet Ratna’, late Pt. Arjunsa Nakod, Pt. Rajabhau Sontakke, Shri Bhalachandra Nakod and currently getting taleem from ‘Gaan Saraswati’, ‘Sangeet Kaumudi’ Vidushi Dr. Alka Deo Marulkar. I also learn Qawwali from Ustad Naseer Ahmed and Ustad Naazir Ahmed Warsi of Hyderabad.I'm a regular B High artiste of All India Radio, Dharwad and gave my first performance at the age of 14; since then I've given over 300 recitals at various music festivals, including INTACH and India Habitat Centre, New Delhi, Thyagaraja Festival at Tirupati, Bharat Sangeet Utsav, Swar Sadhana Samiti – Mumbai, Pt. Manmohan memorial festival – Jaipur, Parthasarathy Sangeet Sabha – Chennai, Bangalore Habba, Nizar Kala Sansthan, Nagpur, Sree Satya Sai Baba Ashram, Pt. Sawai Gandharv Punyatithi, Kundgol, Mantralayam,Chalukyotsav, Karavalli Utsav, Navraspur Utsav.Doordarshan, All India Radio, Dharwad, ETV Urdu, ETV Kannada,TV9, Suvarna News, Zee Kannada , Udaya TV, Kasturi channel have broadcast my pogrammes.Lahari recording company has released my CD "Vachana Kirana" also.I've also dedicated my Album 'Kaisi Madhur Shyaam' (Hindi Bhajan, Kajri, Holi) to Rotary Intrenational's 'End-Polio' mission.GIPA has released a talk-music album on Shisunaala Sharif with Dr. Gururaj Karajagi.Awards: “Sangeeta Shri 2007” by Shraddha Sangeeta Kala Samiti, Bangalore, the Dr. Puttaraj Gawai Krupa Bhushana Prashasti 2007 and the Rotary Vocational Excellence Award 2010.I also organise music concerts - the idea is to strengthen the propagation of classical music at the grass-root level for sustained growth. People for Raaga and Naadanubhava are the teams behind this initiative.On the academic side: I'm a senior diploma in music from Prayag Sangeet Samiti Allahabad.I'm also a freelance writer (on music) for couple of English dailies.

Black Belt and Green belt SAP Sigma project execution• Have successfully researched, initiated and implemented a Green Belt SAP Sigma (Six Sigma) improvement project to increase Defect Containment Effectiveness of each of the phase within the development life-cycle using the DMAIC approach. DCE increased from 11.8% to 40.8% in the Coding phase (while planned was 31.8%), resulting in savings for the company.•A Black Belt project for the measuring and improving DCE in the entire BST division has been initiated and lead by me in the role of Black Belt. Under this project, Customer message analysis and tester time utilization is also being improved.

•Role:Associate Quality Manager; SAP labs India Ltd. – the world leader in ERP and application software, having global presence and a distributed development environment I have worked in the Project Quality Management role aligned to the team developing SAP Business Suite ERP Financials – Financial Supply Chain Management (Application components: Collections, Credit and Dispute management, Biller Direct, In House Cash and currently Treasury and Risk Management) working with process, tools and SAP applications.•Responsibilities:My responsibilities include driving process compliance of the internal process model called Product Innovation Lifecycle, assuring Quality through reviews/inspections, adherence of SAP’s Product Standards, Service Level Agreements for solving bugs, end-to-end test co-ordination and management, metrics analysis and process improvement, system management such as client-responsibility and user-administration. Working with a development team of nearly 45 people across locations, and co-ordinating with consultants for testing, I have owned responsibility for Quality planning, tracking and reporting on both process and product quality aspects. I have worked in the Quality Assurance – process role with the India Development Center and India Support Center, and with an additional testing role in the Platforms/Software Porting team of the Server technologies Division.Responsibilities:My responsibilities have included driving the process initiative, getting the company ISO ready, implementing some of the CMM Level 5 Key Process Areas (KPA) as a Business Unit Quality representative in the Server technologies and Curriculum Division and leading a team of Software Quality Assurance engineers.
