I’m a marketing manager with 5 years of experience in both web and traditional advertising, events, promotions and campaigns. I have worked on integrated campaigns for major clients such as Ashok Leyland, HDFC Standard Life Insurance, and Reliance Capital Services and have been recognized with awards during my career.Until recently, I led marketing for Yours Alliance Techno Solution (an administrative firm for Ashok Leyland & Greaves Cotton) for the Diesel Generator industry. In this role I was focused on B2B marketing, advertising about the company products, also training the newly joiners, maintaining quotations, handling tenders for the government organisations. On the contrary, I even maintained the vouchers, invoice, Bills receivable and payable, auditing.I am very enthusiastic person who believe in taking new challenges & to learn new concepts & ideas. My objectives are always headed towards the best utilization that i can make on part of the organisation because it’s a willingness to give & take policy. I believe in three strategies Practice, Perfect & Progress. Colleagues know me as a highly creative marketer and multi tasker who can always be trusted to come up with a new approach. It’s known to all that a good marketer is one who understand the mindset of a customer. So I always tried to understand what the customer naturally desires to have so that it becomes easier on my part to sale the product. So I always used my creativity to take out new aspects and ideas which would motivate the customers to take the product. I spend a lot of time in understanding the business and the audience before suggesting ideas. I can (and often do) work well alone and especially with my team, but I’m at my best collaborating with others.
