Proactive and consistent measures to protect the Trademarks and Intellectual Properties of the "TATA" Group and TATA Sons.I have been instrumental on Implementation of in-house automated compliance tracking software for the Company.

I have lead and extensively worked on the Brand and IP protection as per Tata Branding Guidelines and law. I have appeared before and met with Statutory Authorities with respect to show cause notices, representations, clarifications etc. on behalf of the Company.

Therefore, I had working experience in sectors like Manufacturing and Retail (Bombay Dyeing), Real estate and Property (Bombay Realty), Aviation (Go First), FMCG (Britannia), Chemicals (National Peroxide), Entertainment and Media (Gladrags) etc. I was involved in drafting and documentation of various documents, contracts and agreements. I was involved in various litigations like Trademark infringement litigations, Writ Petitions in High Court, Special Leave Petitions before the Supreme Court etc. in co-ordination with law firms, advocates and senior counsels.
