Smita also co-leads the newly formed Digital Consulting Practice at PwC India. Within this practice, she focuses on Digital Strategy, Digital Marketing and Consumer-led Analytics for both Digital Natives and Aspirants

Nature of such projects include growth strategy, market entry strategy, feasibility studies, business plan reviews, operational and process reviews, IT effectiveness, regulatory assessments and others. In such projects, expertise lies in delivering innovative solutions from concept through implementation by applying breadth or depth of knowledge in the sector and its core processes. Such projects include review of the regulatory and market environment, assessment on whether a market for such products exists, identifying market potential, pricing and distribution strategy etc.
