Working across the Net Benefits Product line supporting the QA team in all area's of Verification and Validation. Emphasis on design and maintenance of test plan and test strategy to make sure proper coverage is achieved for a project and meets quality standards. Ensuring the quality from inception to completion of a project on time and within budget. As an Integrated Test Lead I have experience working with multiple QA teams outside of the NB to get the work done on a project. Also experienced working with teams off location. Responsibilities• Lead test strategy, test plan, test case and defect review meetings with business analysts, developers and fellow QA team members• Have robust understanding of all activities and tasks defined in the test plan and test strategy• Develops and implements a testing approach work plan to meet multiple deadlines for projects• Designing and implementing test case solutions following organizational best practices and standards• Highly productive in both Waterfall and Agile project delivery environments• Expert in using QC10 for test case management and knowledgeable on automated testing tools used.• Working on creating a solution to automate the Browser testing of NB projects• Experience testing application with the Web Service response • Providing mentoring and training to other QA Test Engineers and on boarding new team members on the team• Expert in data mining for multiple product lines in NetBenefits with all different databases.• Communicated test report to stakeholders accurately and precisely• Performing complex data mining for multiple projects without supervision and helping other QA members with any data needs. • Identify, analyze, and document defects, questionable behavior, errors and inconsistencies with application functionality and content.
