I like to make a customer happy if he is not and more happy if he is.I have a bachelor degree (BsC) in telecommunications. During my career I have held positions in sales, advice and service, of which 15 years successfully as an account manager in the competitive telecom market, both nationally and internationally. During this period I have successfully fulfilled various sales positions with both acquisition and relationship management. In all modesty, I can say that I have been the most successful with the latter. A career consulting program confirmed that my biggest strengths are my service capabilities and consulting skills. Partly due to my problem solving ability, I've built relationships, sometimes even saving them. The last 3,5 years I have been an international project manager. Since doing business is the work of human beings and since “granting” is often a decisive factor I do attach great value to consultancy, relation management and giving advice.
