Led engineering, and helped it to grow by 3x, establishing high performing technical teams across full-stack (TypeScript, React, Rails), backend (Rust, Go, Kafka, Postgres) and mobile (Obj-C, Swift, Kotlin, Dart, C#). Established/Implemented engineering hiring process, best practices, and processes for sprint planning, execution, feature delivery, quarterly review/okrs, and engineering roadmaps and kickoffs. Provided feedback, reviews, career pathing for the team with support for individual career development. Over my tenure we signed many enterprise and SMB customers and delivered many features and technical improvements to the product and service which resulted in large growth/revenue gains. OneSignal is a SignalFire, Rakuten, YCombinator backed company that recently raised its Series B to expand engineering and support its rapid growth with more than 5 billion notifications sent daily on behalf of 800,000+ developers.

As an early employee and Director of Engineering at Symphony, I recruited, hired, and led several engineering teams, including Symphony's high-performing iOS, Android, Core (BE and FE) and Productivity apps team. In addition to hiring individual contributors, engineering managers, and directors, I established best-practices, defined clear engineering roadmaps, architected our initial mobile applications/SDK's, built several core API's and delivered multiple enterprise grade apps through collaboration with customers, developers, designers, QA, and product management.During my tenure, Symphony raised more than 200 million in funding from Google and other companies, achieving a 1+Billion dollar valuation while growing to hundreds of employees around the world.

I led the development of a low latency, high up-time, multithreaded software product for solar pv metrology.

I designed, built and released several iOS games and utilities for the App Store, while Apple's marketplace grew from around 10,000 apps to over a million apps.

Software developer at ADE which was then acquired by KLA-Tencor. I worked on a codebase utilizing C++, C#, COM, MFC/Winforms and SQLServer. Developed new client and server features around customer needs which resulted in increased annual recurring revenue. I was awarded a patent for innovative development work.
