Managed overall mission performance of the Joint Personal Property Shipping Office-New Jersey (JPPSO-NJ). Supervises 5 Air Force members and 7 civilians. Coordinates interagency functions with five (5) Personal Property Offices within New Jersey. Develops, plans, directs and implements traffic management policies and procedures for the movement, receipt and storage for member of the Department of Defense (DoD) and United States Coast Guard. Determines workflow, personnel, facilities and equipment needed to meet mission requirements. Prepares and research reports, manages agency budget, and drafts correspondence concerning personal property issues with regards to local contracts. Advises the Director and staff personnel on transportation problems and capacities.

Manages Cargo Processing Operations. Delivers tailored transportation capabilities to host wing and tenant units. Ensures Department of Defense cargo shipments are received, preserved, packaged and classified in accordance with regulatory instructions and directives. Plans, organizes and executes unit deployment cargo movements. Expedites packaging and shipment of 2-level maintenance (2LM) aircraft parts. Manages World Wide Express (WWX) contractor performance. Interacts with Surface Distribution and Deployment Command and Air Combat Command personnel on policy, procedures and guidance relative to cargo operations. Closely monitors the Cargo Movement Operations System (CMOS) to ensure system integrity and uninterrupted service.
