The Southeastern Basketball Academy provides Fundamental Instruction, Summer Camps, Leagues, and Event Management services throughout the Tampa Bay Area. As the senior Basketball Skills Instructor, my responsibilities included:• Business Development – continuously recruiting new customers to attend workouts, camps, leagues, or events.• Event Management – responsible for the yearly organization, coordination, and management of the SEBA Showcase, SEBA Mini Camps, Summer Camps, SEBA Summer Leagues, etc…….• Individual Player Development – trusted to evaluate SEBA customer’s skill level and basketball acumen; then develop a comprehensive and evolving training regiment to improve their games.• Player Consultant – acted as consultant to parents and players.
