Reporting to the Senior Construction Superintendent, I ensure that all Permit To Work (P.T.W.) work scope is actioned in a safe and controlled manner ensuring no detrimental impact to personnel and equipment implementing all applicable company / project policies, working practices and procedures, ensuring at all times that the (P.T.W.) work scope is completed safely and to a high standardEnsure all (P.T.W.) work scopes are in accordance with applicable work pack / job card instructions, associated procedures, and drawings / sketchesProvide support to trades/disciplines where required, or form part of an integrated multi-discipline Risk Assessment TeamEnsure applicable Permit to Work (PTW) is in order to complete work scope in a controlled and safe manner. I have over 7 years years’ experience within the Oil & Gas industry with vast experience as LNG Plant operator having worked on various roles. I have 7+ years’ experience in permit coordination as Permit Holder, LNG Plant Operator and Permit Coordinator roles.Have varied and detailed work experience in the oil and gas industry and detailed knowledge of the principles of PTW systemsHave over 7 years of knowledge and experience of electrical and mechanical isolation processesI have excellent communication skills and have the ability to relate to a multi-cultural workforceI have over 7 years of Business software competency (MS Office/Oracle/VPRM) use abd experience. I run the following Plants or System Units:1. Instrument air System Unit – I run this unit that produces instrument air that all instruments in the entire plant requires.2. Utility air – I operate this unit that produces utility air for general use in the Plant.3. Nitrogen Plant – I run this plant where we also produce cryogenic oxygen which is vented to atmosphere as a waste product or it is utilized as cooling medium to cool nitrogen by exchanging heat to produce cryogenic liquid nitrogen. So we produce two nitrogen products: PSA Nitrogen and Cryogenic Liquid Nitrogen. So we have two different system units for PSA & Cryogenic Nitrogen. 4. Tempered, Demineralized, Potable, and Fresh water Systems – I run all of these water treatment system units that produce different types of water from sea water. So I also operate a desalination unit that produces fresh water which is further processed to produce Tempered, Demineralized, Potable, and Fresh water in the respective system units.5. Firewater and Firefighting Systems - I also operate the Firewater and Firefighting Systems6. Condensate Storage and Loading Systems – I run this system where we store condensate products from Fractionation Unit and store them for Loading. 7. Effluent handling & Treatment Units – I operate this system where we treat all our effluent; that chemical waste water treatment unit, oily waste water treatment unit or DAF Unit, Incinerator and Sanitary Bio-Treatment Unit. 8. Power generation and Electrical distribution Systems for the LNG Plant and as well export power to Port Moresby.9. Storage and Loading – I operate this system that stores LNG Product and loading when we have LNG Ships. For all of the above Plants or system units, I run, and manage instrumentation and controls systems. Troubleshoot issues and keep the system units running smoothly.
