My work focuses on creating personal and organisational results through exploring and applying the principals of CONSCIOUS LEADERSHIP and SELF-LEADERSHIP.***Having had the privilege to lead the teams in a number of countries I became fascinated by the human psyche, behaviour, thinking patterns, emotional responses and the way we view our lives. How come some people stay stuck in the world of their own victimhood and others thrive? It is important to understand that we CREATE our own reality. We either do so CONSCIOUSLY orUNCONSCIOUSLY – believing that life happens TO us.***I support individuals, leaders and teams in expanding their SELF-AWARENESS. How we perceive our lives, how we feel and respond to what life brings is an INSIDE JOB. Our lives are NOT created by the outside circumstances and people. It is our response to the outside circumstance that creates our reality. Once you truly process and get the above sentence you will gain an enormous power because you no longer depend on the outside influences to make you feel a certain way. ***Being CONSCIOUS means taking full responsibility for the way you think and feel, what beliefs you carry and how you act and behave. By being conscious you’re stepping into the driver’s seat of your life. You’re no longer simply a passenger in someone else’s car. Being conscious * invites you to explore the connection between your mind, heart and body. Only when you tap into your whole system you can centre yourself and feel into your own BEing.* allows you to create your life, relationships and results from the present moment while taking a deep breath. * helps you detach from your thoughts which are often the source of your worries, anxieties and regrets. * supports your understanding that your mind is constantly inventing stories you can easily get caught up in. Stories which are simply made up and more often than not – unhelpful. ***Our work together is a process of unlearning what no longer serves you. Self-distractive comparison, unhealthy competitiveness and feelings of never having or being enough.The world is going through an enormous transformation and we need to adapt to the change we are undergoing. Consciously and from the place of self-awareness. Whether it is in our personal lives, as leaders or as teams.
