By being conscious you’re stepping into the driver’s seat of your life. You’re no longer simply a passenger in someone else’s car. Being conscious * invites you to explore the connection between your mind, heart and body. Only when you tap into your whole system you can centre yourself and feel into your own BEing.* allows you to create your life, relationships and results from the present moment while taking a deep breath. * helps you detach from your thoughts which are often the source of your worries, anxieties and regrets. * supports your understanding that your mind is constantly inventing stories you can easily get caught up in. Stories which are simply made up and more often than not – unhelpful. ***Our work together is a process of unlearning what no longer serves you. Self-distractive comparison, unhealthy competitiveness and feelings of never having or being enough.The world is going through an enormous transformation and we need to adapt to the change we are undergoing.
