Maintenance Manager
Current• Facilitate effective maintenance management• Lead monthly safety training sessions for entire maintenance staff to ensure safe work• Take charge of recruitment of individuals to improve maintenance team• Enhance efficiency in repairs and maintenance to decrease breakdowns and repair times to double production numbers• Hold corrective action hearings with underperforming employees to help enhance productivity by at least 25%• Overhaul organization, transparency and hiring process in maintenance department by developing 5 standardized positions for staff included job titles, responsibilities, knowledge required, and pay scales• Lead team of 5 through 5S system to promote lean manufacturing• Resolve conflicts between 2 or more employees and help to build healthy beneficial relationships• Draft 3 proposals for plant improvement to increase efficiency and decrease down-time• Prepare reports on 3+ plant operations and present to plant manager
