As a Project Controls Director I am one of six indviduals within Skanska USA Building functioning in this role. My specialty is Cost Managment and Change Forecasting. I work very closely with the National Director of Project Controls to maintain the standards for cost reporting, to prepare and present cost management training, and assist in the review of cost management for large and high risk projects. I am experienced with both Prolog and Contract Manager and also serve as a report writer for our standard cost management reports wtihin Prolog. In addition to cost management I also assist with standardization and training on our document management systems for both construction documents and correspondence.
