Research shipments for damages, shortages, redirects, overages or product cancellations. Heavy customer contact to get proper delivery addresses, disposition on damaged or refused freight. Heavy contact with internal service centers. Investigations on lost shipment or freight "billed but no freight arrived". Any other investigations, reports, or duties as assigned.

Manage all aspects of the Rockwell Automation account with the National Sales Representative. Expediting, OS&D, resolve billing issues, re-consignments/re-directs, customs issues, coding. Communicate to Service center Managers and employees investigation information on damages occurred at their service centers or regarding training issues. Match lost freight to resolve shortages to prevent claims. Investigate past due claims to see what information is needed in order to get the claim processed in a timely manner. Coordinate inspections/pictures of damages and return of materials for repair for the claims process. Arrange expedites on shipments mis-delivered to incorrect customers to get to the correct location in order to prevent plant shut downs. Communicate directly with Rockwell Automation Corporate contacts on a daily basis. Developed Safe handling instructions/material for the Rockwell Automation MCC units that were sent to all service centers to be implemented in the proper loading of these large units for safety purposes and damage free movement. Have initiated the update of all customer contacts in the on line system that was outdated. Initiated the production of Standard Operating Procedures for OS&D (overage, shortages & damages) clerks on the proper look up of customer contacts in our system and the training nationwide to all customer service representatives in order to identify the correct customer contacts with delivery issues. Submitted and requested required changes needed to our drivers hand held computers on our exception notations to better caption the correct reason(s) for corrections in turn putting a better description in the Pro history for anyone to utilize.

Dispatch, OS&D, billing, billing corrections, coding requests for new customers and/or locations, set appointments, driver check in, pick ups from customers, hazmat disposal. Assisted the local Sales Executives and HR department with confidential/propriety information.
