Responsibilities - Quality Assurance department: Manage Operations of Transactional Quality team  Ensure valid errors are identified and tagged during audit.  Present Error and RCA trend to Operations and ensure there is an action plan by Operations to prevent any recurrence.  Manage Performance Improvement Projects  Manage Quality Reports  Support management reviews through preparation of executive presentations and routine dashboards/reports.  Contribute ideas to transform manual data reporting to automated ones  Facilitate internal meetings between stakeholders to review performance levels  Develop measurement tools to support management system  Periodic review of data collection, storage, and maintenance  Provide ideas for process enhancements and staffing optimization  Provide actionable information for business management across all operating sitesResponsibilities - Operations Support department: Contracts & Licenses Review, Filing and Safekeeping  Management of Asset records  Automation Project Management and Coordination  Quarterly FA & Procedure Audits for HR, Admin and IT departments  Semi-Annual Compliance Audits – Exclusionary checks on Vendors Additional Responsibilities – IT Department:  Oversee day-to-day operations of IT department  Monitor the ticketing tool to ensure all issues reported are resolved within the defined SLA’s Set expectations, monitor and appraise performance of each team member and give timely feedback to improve performance.  Handle customer related escalations  Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems Responsibilities - Training and Closing Departments Monitor calls made by the agents to third parties and provide Call Quality Feedback and Coaching. Review and revise procedural documentation  Work on final stage of loan closing.  Audit loan documents and coordinate with US Coordinators for resolving any discrepancies identified.

 Responsibilities:• Review loan documents for Private Wealth Management, Private Banking, Real Estate Banking and Business Banking loans. Check for discrepancies.• Clearing of exceptions in coordination with the counterparts.• Research on miscellaneous requests and escalations.• Understanding current process and systems, preparing proposed process flows and process notes.• Perform research on Paid loans, report for cross collateralization. Reach out to the market for approval to release collateral on paid loans.• Preparation of release documents based on the approval received.• Reporting daily and weekly data to the management.• Managing the training schedule for the process and sent appropriate reports to the management.• Team management in the absence of team leader.• Loan closing (3 months) - Perform booking, renewal and extension of ACBS loans.
