Being in the area of teaching for 14 years in the field of Human Resources Management and Marketing Management had given me the opportunity to learn and train with and through various people.I believe in team work, hard work and positive attitude. My constant need for learning through meeting different people from various field of studies have shaped me to be flexible and friendly person with excellent PR skills.The coordinator for National Accreditation and Assessment Council of India and programme coordinator at Tagore Engineering College has given the opportunity to learn and excel in the skills like documentation, reporting, organising and coordination.Being also the coordinator for Women Empowerment Committee at Tagore Engineering College has given the opportunity to serve the society through conducting various programs for the College and to the women folks of near by villagers.With these exposure and initiatives, has helped me to be a compassionate, good human being and people manager.
