My 2 decades of experience spans across Entrepreneurship, Banking and IT Services Industries. After 13 years in the corporate world, founded my pet venture StepUp Child Care Services. An initiative very close to my heart, started with an intent to help new mothers get back to work while their child is in safe hands. Apart from providing high quality day care services, a home away from home; the centre prides itself as a one stop shop for all after school needs of growing children.  During my stint as functional domain consultant in IT Services, have worked with Banks, Financial Services and Payment network providers across USA, UK and Europe with an expertise in Assets, Credit Cards and payments processes. Worked on several large projects ranging from process consulting to revamping of credit card & payment processing systems & also supporting pre sales activities. Setting Up end to end process and implementation of Smart Credit Product from Policy documentation, application processing to fulfilment and leading the underwriting and operations team for the product. Handling high credit risk regions across India for Credit Card fulfilment, responsible for sales support, Risk Management and managing external vendors. Undertaken several projects to analyse early default in Credit Cards, Personal Loans and Auto Loans; identified gaps in processes and suggested changes. Had the opportunity to witness and be part of the disruptive changes from manual to fully automated processes in credit card fulfilment.  Financial analysis of Small and Medium Enterprises to assess their creditworthiness for Factoring Services (financial product aimed at working capital financing for SME’s). Having been a sports enthusiast, have participated and won several medals during my college days and corporate stints.
