Designation: Office ManagerKey result areas:➢ HR Management- Conducting Hiring, New joiner onboarding & orientation, Performance Management, Exit management, Grievance management & team engagement activities➢ Operational Management- ensure smooth operations of the office, oversee staff➢ Stakeholder management: manage clients, vendors, project managers on daily basis➢ Requirement gathering: Co-ordinate with clients for upcoming short term and long term projects➢ Budgeting & forecasting- conduct Annual planning➢ MIS- Providing monthly MIS to superiors➢ Vendor management - Preparing and sending quotations, Generating Invoices, track payables➢ Project management - Close monitoring of the project & workers at various sites, ensuring timely completion of projects as per SLA➢ Initiatives- Identifying new vendors and new technologies➢ Business Development – Identifying new avenues and clients, handling presentations, end to end communications.➢ Enquiry Generation- Tapping the target clients and customers, resulting in enquiry generation, offer / quotation submissions. Handling the negotiations up to deal closures.➢ Diligently communicating and priming the prospects, through channels like Email, whatsapp, calls, sms etc. ➢ Customer Service- Regularly updating and coordinating with the customer, apropos theongoing site report and conditions. Ensuring customer as well as client satisfaction.

Key result areas:➢ Sourcing of resumes from various Jobsites, Head hunting, references etc. ➢ Screening the resumes for the best match for the requirement.➢ Co-ordinating with the clients as well as the candidates for the interview schedules and salary negotiations etc.➢ Review sourced resumes against client screening criteria and determine if they are potential matches against open positions. Present screened candidate shortlist to hiring manager for review.➢ Conduct and facilitate candidate assessments➢ Monitor and track candidate pipeline and ensure it is adequate to meet the requirements of the open vacancies➢ Provide feedback on candidates to hiring managers and directly to candidates➢ Extend and negotiate offers, managing subsequent employment contract generation➢ Provide regular updates and feedback to managers, continuously update requisition status and facilitate timely decision-making.
