In addition, I was assigned the responsibility of proof checking all communication/notices sent to parents and the data that gets uploaded in the school‘s website and App. Was also involved in reviewing the notes of lesson of pre-primary, primary and middle-level and effect corrections, wherever applicable.

Joined as a CitiPhone Officer (Credit cards) where my job involved offering customer service coupled with sales. Was promoted as Subject Matter Expert, where I handled complicated queries/issues from irate customers. Have received many customer appreciations for offering excellent customer service. Then I moved to the Regional Customer Care Unit, resolving complaints received through Banking Ombudsman, Reserve Bank of India, Legal and other regulatory bodies, thereby ensuring customer satisfaction. Later, became part of CitiPhone Service Quality Division, as a Call Evaluator, providing prompt and quality Call Evaluation feedback to the CitiPhone officers, to ensure correct and complete information is provided to customers. Detecting and highlighting any lapse in service, to ensure prompt corrective action is taken, to avoid customer impact and enhance customer satisfaction. Was truly a global officer, having been trained in Cards, Banking, Assets (Personal Loan, Home Loan & Auto Loan) and Citi's Merchant Services.

My job involved managing walk-ins, scrutinizing resumes, matching profiles with job requirements, shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews, salary fixation based on experience and providing offer / appointment letters to selected candidates. Also, maintaining employees database, managing retention and exit procedures.
