I lived life by the rules. Until I realized sometimes what we believe is 'right'-is the absolute truth- can be completely false. So I made my own rule. To break all barriers and negative beliefs holding me back. To set my life purpose and walk the path to achieve it. In my 20+ years of corporate experience, I have demonstrated excellence in the area of Strategy implementation, program management, process improvement & Coaching. Most recently, I have delivered results as Chief Of Staff and Operational Readiness/Change Management Lead. As a coach, I empower my clients-successful women professionals- to take that same journey. To break shackles, untangle life challenges and self-actualize in every walk of life. In 2022, 15K+ students were trained through 9+ NGOs across 7 states and 19 locations in India. We have generated >48K through innovative fundraising efforts to implement the social initiative by the end of 2022. In an impact assessment done by professors from London Business School, Chicago Boon and San Diego University it was proven that the Parivartan-EAA initiative is successful in changing mindset around abuse. So, It's been a wild roller coaster ride so far. One that I have thoroughly enjoyed. Co-FounderParivartan-Empower Against Abuse Jan 2020 - PresentIn 2020, I alongwith 3 IIM alumni founded Parivartan-Empower Against Abuse (PEAA). The initiative aims to influence attitudes and behaviors on patriarchal gender-based roles in India through implementing gender sensitization curriculum in India. The hope is to create a healthy mindset around gender through early intervention and lower the rates of gender based violence. We have already identified partners who will provide facilitator training and NGOs whose employees once trained in gender sensitization training will implement the same to children in schools and other institutions.
