Roles and Responsibilities:Performing full life-cycle recruiting; intake sessions, requirements gathering, marketing, sourcing, screening, validating, selection, salary negotiation and closing candidates.Planning, designing, strategist and executing activities for end to end recruitment at various level by understanding the requirement, resource availability in the market, implementing time bound sourcing strategies for providing high quality resources.Coordinating for Telephonic, Personal Interview schedules and Walk in Interviews.Through various recruitment channels, sourcing the most suitable candidates that match and fulfill the client’s requirements.Screening, evaluating, and interviewing candidates from a wide variety of industry-sectors, countries and culture.Ensure the candidates have the necessary skills and experience to effectively perform job assignments.Using professional networking, employee referrals, and databases to maintain quality candidate pipeline.Effectively sourcing from job portals like Naukri, Monster .Headhunting through social networking sites like Linkedin Short listing candidates by conducting Phone, face to face, Skype interview.Scheduling and facilitating Interviews, Post interview follow upCoordinating with the candidate and the client for salary negotiation and joining dateFollow up with the selected candidates on joining processGenerating weekly consolidated recruitment reportMaintaining a comprehensive data bank for IT & non IT Professionals& head-hunted professionalsWorked for start-up companies in meeting their human capital searchEarned optimal business across all clients in assigned portfolioInvolved in Offer Management, Induction, Background Verification, Document Verification for Selected Candidates.Coordinate with the Line managers, Business heads, Team lead for short- listing & interview scheduling.
