• Project manager for the development of a novel drug combination platform by scoping objectives, conducting literature reviews and consolidating data. Resulted in a new several candidate combinations for subsequent testing• Dedicated significant time educating elementary and high school students on various scientific concepts through the non-profit "Let's Talk Science"

Worked as a graduate student at one of the world's most prominent yeast genetics laboratories. • Pioneered a new drug target identification method known as ‘Bar-seq’ by developing the framework of the study while initiating and then delegating experiments; successfully created a method to discover new drugs• Expanded the newly developed Bar-seq method by liaising with a major biotechnology company to combine 100 experiments into one, resulted in dramatic cost savings of 90% and an increased experiment speed of 100-fold• Advised a major pharmaceutical company as a Subject Matter Expert on the Bar-seq procedure, resulting in successful integration of the Bar-seq technique into their drug discovery division• Dedicated 20-30 hours a month training junior laboratory members and actively recruited new members to the laboratory; helped to contribute to a 400% increase in laboratory size

• Led a team of 6 to develop a vibrant student community at a residence by helping over 2,500 students integrate into university life and by implementing innovative educational and social programs, such as ‘How to find an apartment’ seminars

• Rapidly promoted to the leadership role of Master Bombardier in 2 years (3 years ahead of peer group); effectively trained and led 60 soldiers as an new instructor resulting in them all pass their weapons safety examinations
