Co-ordinate with interview panel till the onboard of candidate.• Sourcing & advertisements on various social networking sites and job portals.Coordination between clients and candidates for interview etc.• Handling recruitment for BPOs/Call Center, Telecom, Life Insurance, Financial Services, Pharma, IT, consulting etc.• Responsible for short – listing the CV’s & conducting preliminary telephonic and personal interviews.• Experience in fulfilling requirements of all resources across all levels (Junior/Middle/Senior).• Experience in Permanent / Contract Staffing. • Experience in induction handling, document collection and generation of offer letters.• Been a part of BG check verification and ratification process.Specialties: Social media recruiter/Sourcing, Co-Ordination, Vendor management, Induction handling, Scheduling, campus recruitment, Background verification/ IT recruiter.
