Roles and Responsibilities:Providing recruitment services for IT/ITES/Pharma/ Construction/Technology/Consulting/ Medical /Telecom and others.• Handling complete recruitment cycle starting from sourcing to joining of the candidates.• Manage post joining in terms of handling induction.• Closure of positions within target hires date through rigorous follow-ups and coordination with candidate.• Handled first round of HR Interview in order to assess the candidates Suitability, Attitude, Academics and Professional qualification, Experience, Communication skills, etc.• Independently handled Walk-in interviews, Campus recruitment and Mass Recruitments. • Lead the entire recruitment process during weekends (Walk-ins) which involves end to end recruitment & closing of positions across levels.• Vendor Management: Partnered with business to ensure ‘right’ kind of talent is available as per the agreed time lines, optimize cost, – solve issues on vendor management, conversion ratios, conduct events in vendor locations. Co-ordinate with interview panel till the onboard of candidate.• Sourcing & advertisements on various social networking sites and job portals.Coordination between clients and candidates for interview etc.• Handling recruitment for BPOs/Call Center, Telecom, Life Insurance, Financial Services, Pharma, IT, consulting etc.• Responsible for short – listing the CV’s & conducting preliminary telephonic and personal interviews.• Experience in fulfilling requirements of all resources across all levels (Junior/Middle/Senior).• Experience in Permanent / Contract Staffing. • Experience in induction handling, document collection and generation of offer letters.• Been a part of BG check verification and ratification process.Specialties: Social media recruiter/Sourcing, Co-Ordination, Vendor management, Induction handling, Scheduling, campus recruitment, Background verification/ IT recruiter.
