- Reported to CFO- Direct the design, build and testing of Versa's enterprise level applications eliminating security risk and ensuring compliance, resulting in major system integration between stand alone applications within the first 12 months- Build a strong, self managing agile team from ground up ensuring business knowledge and acumen- Oversee IT operations to align with management goals, vision and overall strategy working closely with C-Level Executives.- Analyze business requirements for IT/ business user needs, and prioritize them in discussion with various stakeholders- Improve product acceptance/ usage and train operations staff in new product features
