As an Indoor Environmental Consultant, my duties are to investigate, consult and to assist our clients in providing them with simple solutions to address their concerns. As a Certified Mold Inspector my first response is to offer an inspection to identify if there's a water leak or elevated humidity. Then we make recommendations for sampling, which generally leads to remediation of some sort. During our inspection, we often sit and educate my clients about mold, labeling it as mold before it is tested is not good business practice. Explaining the different types of species, indoor verses outdoor are some of the things our clients can expect from us. We also offering Gas Detection(Radon and CO2), Moisture Measurement, Fine and Course Particulate Measuring. Our wall of service extends beyond just indoor environmental analysis, we also offer mechanical air purifiers, surface cleaners and inhibitors for everyday touch and sanitize.
