Highlights: - Led a Diversity and Inclusion work group that created and rolled out a business-wide style guide aimed at ensuring Adore Beauty’s customers and team feel comfortable and respected through internal and external language. - Worked on photoshoots to develop questions and then interview community talent and models for video content. - Refined SEM and paid social writing to where I was consistently writing all the paid social and SEM content required (an average of 30+ campaigns) in under four hours. - Liaised with the Creative Manager and Head Graphic Designer on the creative ideation for big brand awareness campaigns. - Wrote copy for large-scale out-of-home brand projects. - Briefing freelance copywriters and teaching them ToV guidelines.
