Responsibilities:- Writing eye-catching and easily understood copy for promotions and campaigns across all categories.- Liaising with the creative team to ensure the copy on all creative assets (video, promotional, brand, social) works with the asset's size, design, and typography. - Writing keyword-optimised paid social and SEM copy. - Daily editing and redrafting of content written by other members of the team. - Researching and constructing in-depth copy sentiment pages for larger campaigns to ensure our channels were aligned. - Enforcing and guiding Adore’s tone of voice. - Writing and editing original copy for landing pages and EDMS that reflects not only Adore Beauty’s ToV but also adheres to the ToV guidelines of the brands that Adore Beauty sells. - Collaborating with Marketing teams to maintain a cohesive customer experience across all Adore Beauty touchpoints. - Co-creating and maintaining the Adore Beauty brand book and content guidelines. - Writing and researching the weekly media alerts while liaising with our PR, Marketing team, and other stakeholders to ensure the content is relevant and a true reflection of our business story.- First Aid Warden. Highlights: - Led a Diversity and Inclusion work group that created and rolled out a business-wide style guide aimed at ensuring Adore Beauty’s customers and team feel comfortable and respected through internal and external language. - Worked on photoshoots to develop questions and then interview community talent and models for video content. - Refined SEM and paid social writing to where I was consistently writing all the paid social and SEM content required (an average of 30+ campaigns) in under four hours. - Liaised with the Creative Manager and Head Graphic Designer on the creative ideation for big brand awareness campaigns. - Wrote copy for large-scale out-of-home brand projects. - Briefing freelance copywriters and teaching them ToV guidelines.
