Analyzing Real Estate Investment Opportunities to determine the max profitability in the project, valuation of properties, real estate acquisitions based on thorough financial analysis and identify the highest and best uses for property types, including detached and attached single family homes, condos and multi-family properties.

While sharpening my skills, this eventually led me to work with many real estate investors renovating homes and them wanting me to be in the process due to my background in construction, knowing contractors and being the listing agent to sell the recently renovated homes fast, for top dollar! While helping investors bring new life to their properties, this led me to desire helping probate and trust lawyers/families to navigate and combine the two worlds. This makes for easier transactions on both sides and networking to bring knowledge where there may be a lack.I truly enjoy this business and it's satisfying when helping buyers or sellers achieve their goals to build wealth and own homes.

I started my Real Estate career with Prudential consulting with buyers and sellers about residential real estate. Working with sellers to list their homes for the highest profit possible and helping first time buyers, VA buyers, sellers looking to sell and move up, HUD and FHA buyers, real estate investment companies and everything in between helped me to grow my business to better help my clients going forward.

I worked for a development company, as part of the construction team, that built close to 75 residential and commercial projects in the Pacific Beach area and along the Pacific Coast.

Working construction from the age of 15 started me off for success in gaining skills for life long knowledge. I still use these skills to create my own designs and perform projects for my own home and family/friends/clients. Still getting a high school diploma at USDHS, I worked after school, on weekends etc. In the summer, I worked full time and weekends to save as much money as possible for college and housing. When in college, I went back to part time after school and weekends. Once done with 2 years of college, I transitioned to full time on-site construction work again. Proper-T Improvements was a residential construction/remodel company that was my first real job and gave me the skills to go to the next level in the construction field, which was larger projects and real estate development.
