I am passionate about design that moves the needle on reducing the impact of carbon emissions to the environment through relevant technologies, such as carbon sequestration. We are at a critical point in our efforts to address the increasingly detrimental phenomenon of climate change, a challenge that will require the collaboration and innovation of myriad design and engineering professionals. As a civil engineering graduate and current architectural graduate student, I am proficient in a variety of technical applications including AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, Blender, Illustrator, InDesign, PhotoShop, Rhino, Revit, Solidworks, SAP 2000, and SketchUp. I am focused on integrating architectural design with relevant engineering principles to make a difference in our world. I am fully fluent in both English and French, and I am learning to speak and write in Cantonese Chinese and Japanese. My experience to date includes work as a freelance researcher in the architecture industry as well as technical work in the public works, telecommunications, and transportation industries.I am an enthusiastic and eager learner with keen interests in architecture, placemaking, and foreign cultures & languages.
