My passion for agriculture began early on our family farm, and an international missionary trip sparked my curiosity about the world. I stayed close to home for my undergraduate degree at Iowa State University and later earned a Graduate Diploma in Rural Studies from Massey University in New Zealand, fulfilling two of my key interests. Inspired by working with people to solve complex problems, In 2014, I transitioned from production horticulture to the manufacturing industry with Kemin Industries. In September 2024, I graduated with a Global Executive MBA from IESE University in Barcelona, Spain, gaining new perspectives on succeeding in tomorrow's global businesses.I've been in sales for as long as I can remember, thriving in insurance, hospitality, vegetable production, and crop protection industries. Sales come naturally to me, and I love working with and being around people. I credit my fifteen years in the service industry giving me a strong foundation in service excellence and resilience. As a strong leader and motivator, I enjoy understanding the actual "jobs to be done." In 2021, I moved into a worldwide sales training role, where I am passionate about teaching sales excellence to our global teams.Outside work, I enjoy spending time in the kitchen and nature with my husband. I also own Butcher Crick Farms, which I founded in 2008.
