Main contractor support for the following Enterprise License Agreements: Computer Associates (CA), Cisco, and VMware. These ELAs range in value from roughly $10M to $130M per annum in expenses to the Army and represent over $1B over their collective life-cycles. In addition to these, have also taken lead as the administrator for Enterprise License Division’s (ELD) online SharePoint presence, which ties back in with every one of the initiatives within Division’s overall management portfolio. Although main focus of agreements includes those aforementioned, by leveraging SharePoint, have been able to successfully support not only own initiatives but also the agreements of division team, in a separate capacity (e.g. Microsoft, BMC, Adobe, etc). More generally, responsible for discerning & documenting Command requirements, helping stakeholders better define their scope, objectives and business justifications. Regularly provide analytical expertise to various working groups (e.g. those with NETOPS and Army's Joint partners in Air Force, DISA, DOD CIO and other ODAs). Formulate executive summaries and project charters to facilitate clarity of purpose when approaching problems. Assist team in consolidating requirements and specifications of software applications for Army commands and DoD affiliates across the globe. Also serve as the primary point of contact and as technical advisor to military; contractor; & government civilian clients in a collaborative leadership environment to formulate multi-year plans that bring complex Enterprise License/Service Agreements (ELA/ESA) from concept to implementation. These programs culminate in economy-of-scale pricing business agreements, establishing partnerships between Army and private sector vendors.
