Currently responsible for the identification, translation, communication, and realization of core metrics required to communicate program value both internally and amongst clients. Along with the development of tracking and monitoring capabilities surrounding core metrics of program performance, our department also supports a robust reporting environment. Utilizing SSRS I have overseen the maintenance and development of hundreds of reports providing periodic updates of program efficacy to our clients. I am now leading the migration from our existing SSRS environment to a MicroStrategy reporting platform. Aside from metric development and reporting I have been responsible for the development and communication of our value statement for programs resulting in $10+M in annual revenue. Utilizing a thorough knowledge of our programs' operations and value I have developed a number of savings analyses focusing on medical claims utilization. Currently CareCore services over 80 million insured lives across 7 product lines and over 34 clients. CareCore analytics monitors and reports on tens of thousands of utilization reviews each day, and payment instructions on over 6 million claim lines per year. We currently support over 800 subscribed reports to both internal and external clients, and develop analytic responses to dozens of proposals each year.

Responsible for the translation and execution of business requirements for the development of contractual reporting packages. Collaboration with team members and IT personnel to develop strategic analyses providing executive management with insight regarding medical utilization trends. The requirements have helped to develop a strong background in Microsoft SQL, Reporting Services, and relational database management.

Used econometric modeling techniques to develop an interactive model which accurately represented the influences upon demand for instant scratch-off lottery tickets.

As a student manager I aided our coaching staff in many efforts during both practices and games. I was responsible for video projects, scouting of upcoming opponents, handling equipment during both home games and road trips, and coaching youths during camps operated by our baseball program.
