I’ve led successful enterprise system designs, proofs of concept, competitive sales evaluations, performance studies, development and deployment projects at a broad range of client companies including IBM, Wells Fargo, American Express, Allianz, Pfizer, Intel, and HP/Compaq. I’ve held director-level positions responsible for leading product management, technical marketing, and technical sales at IBM and Lombardi Software.After many years of satisfying work, I’m now enjoying retirement!

Later, as Program Director of IBM BPM Products, I drove the definition, development, releases, and roadmaps for the BPM and Business Monitor products in the IBM Websphere portfolio. I was engaged as an executive sponsor for very large IBM BPM customers, and was the key contact for our business partners and BPM industry analysts. -
