We provide electroplating, anodizing, passivation, and surface cleaning/treatment. We plate precious metals (platinum, gold, silver, rhodium), palladium, electroless and electrolytic nickel, copper, tin, tin/lead, and other materials on broad range of substrates, including exotic substrates such as beryllium, magnesium, AlBemet, titanium, AlSic, and more. We also provide chromic (type 1), sulfuric (type 2), and hardcoat (type 3) anodizing, passivate, e-polish, sand blasting, wet blasting, and other surface treatments.AOTCO partners with prime manufacturers and leading machine shops to take products from lab, to pilot, to production. Our research engineering team specializes in solving challenging plating problems and designing new processes. Once we have a proven process, our development team partners with customers to quickly scale the process to pilot and/or production volume. Our manufacturing team specializes in high-precision, complex, and difficult-to-produce jobs, including complex masking and multi-material plating. We hold NADCAP’s highest rating with 24-month merit status, and are ISO 13485 accredited.AOTCO stands for the “Always On Time COmpany.” We bend over backwards to provide rapid turnarounds while delivering exceptional quality and service.
