CurrentAt Trinitech, I had the incredible opportunity to serve as a Windows Systems Administrator, where I played a vital role in managing and maintaining our clients' Windows-based infrastructure. It was an exciting and challenging position that allowed me to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability for our clients' IT environments.In my role, I had the privilege of designing, implementing, and maintaining Windows server infrastructure. This involved everything from the initial installation and configuration to ongoing administration of the systems. I took great pride in performing system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to guarantee system stability, security, and peak performance.Monitoring system performance was a crucial aspect of my responsibilities. I proactively addressed potential issues and troubleshooted any challenges that arose to minimize downtime and keep operations running seamlessly. Additionally, I administered Active Directory (AD), managing user and group accounts, creating Group Policies, and enforcing security policies.Joining Trinitech was an enriching experience that allowed me to contribute to the success of our clients' Windows-based IT infrastructure.
