I was the company technical lead, interacting directly with key stakeholders and core team leaders, on developing a single cell TCR sequencing kit from concept to pilot with an extremely rapid phase transition from feasibility to pilot. I lead the design and implementation of the single cell TCR sequencing and cloning methodology for concept and feasibility. During both development and pilot phase I was responsible for tech transfer both to internal and external adopters and was company technical lead on all things related to TCR sequencing. I was also extensively involved in Beacon/Lightning platform integration and concept stage assay development for T cell therapeutics and antibody discovery applications and helped solve many issues with platform integration such as cellular viability, aseptic conditions and clonality.
