I was hired to architect and lead a project to modernize the primary mission-critical enterprise system used to support all facets of a fast-growing business. In this role, I built an HTML/CSS/Bootstrap/JavaScript/jQuery/Java/NoSQL framework that serves as the template for functionality conversions for all business unit modules of this application. Utilizing CI/CD, this framework included building reusable components to streamline the development process, consolidate code and establish a harmony between front-end and back-end processes using RESTful Web Services.Recently I was tasked with leading the re-development of our Partner Company Portal, which has resulted in enormous time efficiencies and reduction in manual processes. Other duties include:- Driving the technical direction of Mutual Boiler Re.- Using the Agile methodology to build and manage project backlogs.- Working with business unit stakeholders to refine business processes and help them identify efficiency bottlenecks that can be resolved with technology.- Mentoring developers on modern development concepts and assist them in architecting functionality and solutions.- Developing APIs that allow internal and external partners to exchange data with our enterprise application.

As part of a team of highly skilled consultants, I contributed to the modernization of Lotus Notes/Domino applications with XPages acting as the back-end server side processing and modern front-end tools such as Bootstrap and jQuery handling the front-end.

Provided mission critical 24x7 support for the Lotus Notes & Domino infrastructure of the Federal Reserve System, including:- Mentoring FRS developers.- Analyzing the Lotus Notes & Domino infrastructure and building an application to manage the migration of Lotus Notes data to Microsoft SharePoint. - Advise data owners on a strategy to migrate enterprise data into the Microsoft SharePoint environment.- Plan and execute Lotus Notes to Microsoft SharePoint migrations.- Acted as a developer "evangelist" for web and XPages development for the Federal Reserve Bank system.

In this role I was responsible for building a web based workflow application for new product packaging approvals for the EMEA and AP regions of Mars, Incorporated.
