Highlights: ▪ Developed the region’s first internal communications strategy and roadmap, helping the team connect on a personal level to our business objectives. Highlights included an innovative employee-led social media driven marketing campaign. ▪ Secured Intuit Asia’s MD a FinTech Top 40 influencer ranking through regional PR and profile-building.

Built consensus among the franchise offices of Asia Pacific to deliver a united voice for WWF. With our regional key messages aligned, several of our offices across APAC saw their first-ever success at achieving worldwide media coverage.Highlights: ▪ Brokered an internal agreement between conflicting global and regional perspectives around palm oil, paving the way for WWF’s first SE Asia haze strategy and successful tri-sector engagement on the topic in Singapore. ▪ Led development of global messaging for Earth Hour 2014. This campaign reached 2.8B people and was awarded five prizes by Marketing Magazine including gold for ‘Best PR Campaign by an In-House Communications Team.’ ▪ Lectured on sustainability communications and crisis communications at Singapore Management University and the National University of Singapore, appeared as a guest speaker on Channel News Asia.

Created and cascaded marketing assets to global ThinkPad sales teams and helped ensure that new product designs incorporated sales team feedback.Highlights: ▪ Partnered with senior leadership, engineers, and product designers to help secure internal funding and buy-in for new products including ThinkPad’s first tablet offering and ultra-premium executive laptop. ▪ Collaborated with Intel to leverage Market Development Funds (MDF) to create high-quality enablement materials.

Led a team of five researchers to provide insights into the Chinese student --- a market worth AUD$18.5 billion to Australia at the time. Highlights: ▪ Informed Australian government policies through research and analysis into the Chinese education market. ▪ Raised profile of the Minister-Counsellor for China in Australia via a new internal communications framework.

Drove revenue growth by strengthening client investment into regional campaigns and initiatives. Highlights: ▪ As the champion of Ogilvy’s media partnership with the World Economic Forum, led contractual arrangements and delivered over USD$500K worth of benefits and exclusive opportunities to select Ogilvy clients and leadership in 2007.▪ Developed internal communications strategy and messaging --- including crisis communications --- for clients such as Nokia and Adidas.

Managed a team of eight editors who crafted, and finalised all of Ogilvy PR China’s English-language content. Highlights: ▪ Developed a new content editorial process that set new standards and best practices for the organisation.
