Remote position. Take incoming calls and chats from admin, teacher, and student end-users and assist them with how-to questions or resolving any issues within the Canvas interface. Identify unintended behavior and bugs, troubleshoot, and escalate to the L2 Support Team anything that cannot be resolved at the L1 level. All while keeping thorough, clear, and complete records in the ticketing system of all actions taken.

Take incoming calls from customers to assist with hardware issues, network connections, systems, sub-systems, and applications. Escalate to the Tier 2 team anything that could not be resolved at the Tier 1 level.

- Assisted the director and assistant director in the day-to-day operations of the weather center - Worked with interns in the selection and completion of programming projects that serve the mission of the weather center - Maintained and improved the internal website used by forecasters and the public facing website.

- Wrote a Python script to collect commonly used model data for the first 3 days of the forecast into one document- Implemented a process for creating GIFs of weather map displays for use in student broadcasts- Practiced broadcast meteorology forecasts
